Bella Terra Beach House is located in the village of Roda, right on the seafront. The village has been a popular resort for years, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, tavernas and cafes to chose from. The long sandy beach is great for swimming as well as long walks and exploration, and along it you will find both beach bars with music and “beachlife” as well as quieter spots to lounge in the sun and swim.

As piracy stopped and living close to the sea became safer and more useful, the mountain villages, lost many of their inhabitants, becoming in some cases almost “ghost villages.
Heading East from Roda is Corfu’s Northeast Coast. On the way is the bay of Agios Spiridon, fronting Antinioti Lagoon, a protected area with lots of wildlife and fish.
Yet further West, but essentially only about half an hour’s drive from Roda at most, are the seaside villages of Agios Stefanos and Arillas.
Further along the coast, there are great sandstone cliffs and the famous Cape Drastis.
A seaside resort, with lots of shops, from here you can access the famous Canal d’ Amour, a stunning rock formation and swimming area.
Set amongst the old beachfront village houses of Roda, and literally a stone’s throw away from the seaside.
Getting here is easy. From the airport, turn right to go into town, passing though the center and exiting on the other side out of town towards the north. Follow signs for Kontokali, Gouvia, Skripero, Troumbeta. As you pass over the mountain of Pantokrator and start winding your way down, you will see signs for Roda turning right. From here follow the signs and once you reach the traffic lights just go right across, towards the beach.
From the Port it is even easier, just turn right as you exit the port area and follow the signs as above.
