Each apartment has a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area but with the spacious verandas’ outdoor seating and tables, “alfresco” lunch or dinners are also possible.
Bella Terra Beach House is a recently renovated property made up of four individual apartments on two levels. The apartment on each level sleep 4 and 5 people, and each floor is arranged in such a way as to make it possible for larger groups to “join” the flats together if they wish.
Each apartment has one bedroom, cleverly situated at the back of the building to ensure quiet nights, and one or two sofas that convert to beds in the spacious living area. Hidden and recessed lighting, as well as colours and textures reminiscent of the sea, create a marvelous “summer on the beach” ambience within the house. The wide, private verandas of each flat, allow direct views to the sea.
Flat screen TVs, aiconditioning and free WiFi in every room are also included. Access to the house is from behind and there is plenty of parking space available in the immediate vicinity.
Set amongst the old beachfront village houses of Roda, and literally a stone’s throw away from the seaside.
